I goto the gym alot. 2 weeks ago I started to feel pain in my thumb when I lifted anything.. It also hurts when I have my hand in a certain position. I can't figure out what it is... It's getting bad enough where I cannot grip or bend my wrist back.. I have iced it and rested for a week. It did stop the pain, but it's coming back again.. Any Ideas what I should do and what it could be?

Could be nerve related but the only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
