Could be due to a deficiency of potassium, calcium, magnesium or vitamin B6.

Sometimes, RLS is aggravated by low levels of magnesium in the blood, so taking a magnesium supplement several times a day can help. Magnesium is needed for muscles to relax - the threshold for muscle contraction is lowered by low magnesium. Remaining fully hydrated also has some slight beneficial effect.

Not sure what restless leg syndrome is but i have an old knee injury and find that cannabis helps no end :)

check magnesium and potassium levels.gabapentin is a good safe drug,i think..........may be the only help for ya.........
