Contact the probation department for the county you were assigned probation in, and ask to speak to that probation officer.

contact the probation office you went to. state, county, city?
if you remember his name or first name then ask for him.
if you do not know this information, go to the clerk of the court and ask to see your records. you have a right to access your file. tell them you need to find out who was your assigned p/o. they will look up the records and find that information on the calender of events about your case.
if you open the file on the right side is all documents
on the left side is the chronological history of your case from first arrest o etc release.
good luck.
