If you're asking a Christian, it could equal anything God wants it to equal.
Because he can do all sorts of things, like make serpents and bushes talk, virgins conceive, and men walk on water.
So if he wanted 2+2 to equal 5, it would.
So if you're about to take a math test, just fill in "I'm a Christian" with your answers, and you'll not get any problem wrong because your God will make the correct answer be the one you gave.

Many would say four, but how do they know that without knowing the group that is in question, it could mean 2 plus 2 millions of a thing, therefore, 2+2 can only equal 2+2

In what mode of math? Base 10 (our default system) it equals 4. Base 3, it equals 1.
