The best and good time for a good nap is when your body needed it most. For me there is no exact time so long as your body clock needs a nap. Everybody needs a nap. Then make use of it when your body asks for it. A nap is very important for the good body. It rejuvinates and energizes one's body and soul.

In general,when the kid(s) are sleeping. For me, never. No matter how tired I am, if I take even the shortest of naps, it's no sleepy for me at bedtime. I have bouts of insomnia anyhow, so I'm more prone to it disturbing my sleeping than the average Jane.

Wayne T. stole the thought right outta me and managed to get it on the computer first too! We had a change in weather. Cold, windy. I have socks on today and I Want to do is crawl under my Kitten Mink Blanket and snooze!
