The description provided in Genesis does not get down to that detail. The best guess is (and it is my guess too) that no, since they were not born, were not attached to a mother via an umbilical cord, then they not have bellybuttons.
However, others may think that when God created them he gave them belly bottoms to avoid the trouble to Eve to explain to her kids why Adam and Eve's bellies do not bellybuttons as theirs had.

Gen. 5:3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, after his image; and called his name Seth:
Seth had a belly button and was in the image and likeness of Adam, so I would guess that Adam did have a bellybutton.

An old, old question.
Since neither had mothers, they did not require umbilical cords, so should not have navels.
The Omphalos hypothesis suggested that the world was created with "apparent age" (mature trees, for example) and that would imply an Adam and Eve with navels.

They did, but because of the censorship policies of the earliest writers of the old testament, those old sexually repressed men who were also pedophiles, they decided to keep the bellybuttons out of the story. It's just another way the old testament authors of the greatest mythological hoax ever thrust on human beings ever got an award for being on the New York Times Best Seller list.
