Yet the business pages and companies want to expand the visa program. Why? Because people have become to ingrained in there own self worth and do not wish to take on the learning curve. Most likely portrayed in the attitude that is delivered in the interviews. Hey I deserve this, although I have no experience, never have worked but I have a degree, and I want to work on my terms, time off etc. The jobs are there, the problem is the desire to actually work, and pay the dues is not. Everyone thinks they are entitled to have everything given to them, right out, instead of earning them. The view of life owes me a living, instead of I owe life a living is way to prevalent in our society, self worth or what we think we are worth compared to what society is willing to pay is the problem.

It is not getting harder, the jobs are shifting. My field is dying for people, and we can not get enough people.
Other fields are swamped.

That's just the nature of the beast
