Go and get a license plate for it. There is absolutely no reason for you to not have one. If the apartment complex has a rule that cars without plates get towed then you can get the license plate, move the car elsewhere, or let it be towed.

Best to talk to the manager of your complex. He is usually the one who has vehicles towed. When I lived in Florida, all vehicles had to have tags and insurance unless they were in a storage lot.

Mercer is correct.

I have 6 contracts with apt buildings.

I would tow your car for no plate.

50.00 dispatch fee
35.00 per day - storage
1.50 per mile loaded
1.00 per mile unloaded.

You pay it all - you get your car back.

You dont pay - in 90 days your car is legally mine to keep

if you dont drive the car, it still needs to be registrared. you can talk to the apt manager and show him the car is insured, but chances are he will still want plates on it. how are the cops going to identify it if it gets stolen?
