Found it. Song of Baptism by Carey Landry. Goes like this:
See this child before You Lord, You who give her life.

We used the hymn "Because He Lives" for my niece's service. We simply had it sung as a congregational hymn prior to the pastor's remarks.
The second verse says "How sweet to hold a newborn baby and feel the pride and joy he gives, but sweeter still the calm assurance, this child can face uncertain days because He lives."
This webpage has a whole list, apparently with soundtrack tapes to order--I wasn't as familiar with these songs, but you might recognize some.

There is also a very sweet song by Sandi Patti that she sung as a lullaby to her child. I think the name of it is "Jesus' Little Lamb" or something similar.
