my friend is 13 and she is 123lb but she wants to be 110lb i don't know why because she is way skinny. How can she loos 13lb in a week?

tell her to go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

she isn't going to lose 13 lbs in a week, no matter what she does....it's a very stupid goal anyway because it is unhealthy. Her weight should be dependant on her height not her age.
And at her age, her weight should not be an issue anyway, she is beginning puberty and her weight is going to fluctuate and change radically anyway for the next five or six years. Tell your 'friend' to just stay away from junk food and candy, get an hour of exercise every day and she will be fine.

How tall is she? You say she is way skinny - she doesn't need to lose 13 #'s! Is she trying to get an eating disorder? Tell her to just stop eating junk and drinking pop and to stop stressing over it. There is nothing about skin over bones that is sexy, attractive or appealing! She wants to look healthy not sickly whether she knows it or not. Tell her to try light weights and jogging 3 times a week, this will tone her up and that is all she needs.

losing that much weight in only one week would be very unhealthy & if you lose weight in unhealthy ways you will gain it right back trust me,you should tell your friend to go about it in a healthy slower way so she can keep it off. She needs to do 30-45 min. of cardio 5-6 days a week and cut out sugar,watch calorie intake and and eat plenty of fruit and veggies...don't skip meals or try starving because that will result in eating too much the next meal...if she does this she WILL lose weight..oh yeah DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Liposuction.

You can only safely lose about 2 pounds a week. She should start exercising and eating healthy food. Also, don't drink soda (that includes diet).

It's not possible, you will gain the weight quickly after losing it , thats if you even lose that much, you'll gain it back once you begin eating again

i don't know how tall your friend is, but 110 is really skinny. she probably doesn't need to lose it at all.

second 13 lbs/ in one week is way too much to lose.

she shoul;dnt its really unhealthy to loose weight that fast - and if she does manage it in any wway other than starving hersel;f( which the way probably wont work either) then shell just put it all back on xx

thats insane and very un healthy.
she is so young most of that will burn off and she will grow out of it.
just eat healthy for a start.
and participate in school activities, pe, sports.
