Probably correct, but you have some things to consider. Your hip measurements are significantly different from your chest, so they may be a target area...but that depends on several factors. Women also have differing BMI ratings from one female to another because of things like the size of their chest. It's all about what makes you unique.
The idea is to be comfortable with yourself, and to be healthy. The BMI recommendations are based on ideals of human form...meaning, they don't take into account things like body type, torso ratio (length of torso to total body length), etc. It's a guide, and as such, it can only go so far. Your hips may be formed larger, and so you may not lose as much there as you might expect. hard to tell without actually being there.
Probably best to look at yourself and see where you might get some changes. Start with a smaller goal...maybe 15 lbs and see how that makes you feel and look. You may find that amount is enough. Good luck!

I discovered the e-book to be very informative and effortless to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however commonly) and doing little or no activity, however the weight continues flying off. It evidently works and if I'd adopted it precisely I feel it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me considering the fact that of the quantity that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the know-how. I've under no circumstances bought some thing like this earlier than considering the fact that they're in most cases stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a fine shock. Get began at present!

According to calorieking.com, your BMI is 26. A healty BMI is anywhere between 19-26, so you're at the upper range of healthy. It would be safe for you to lose some weight to make sure you don't slip into the "overweight" range, but it's not necessary. If your chest is really an E, that could actually be where you're carrying some of the extra weight and body fat. Also, remember that it's healthy for girls to have at least 18% body fat, so 28% really isn't that bad.
Only losing 20 pounds would take you down to a BMI of 23.

You are a little plump and yes you should lose some weight but not to much ofcourse. Or you don't need to lose any just work out a little and you'll get some muscle. I am 5,6 and a half I weigh 110 and I'm 9% body fat. Yet I am naturally small you may have a low metabalisme. Everybody is different but don't get to skini because unhealthier then being big so stay in the middle and you sound alright anyways.

I'm not sure....you could take five people your height and weight and they could all look different....your chest is very big and could add to this weight without your looking fat....you have a small waist....maybe your hips are a little bit too large...but if we saw you we may think that you look in proportion...we could all lose a little weight....so maybe a little bottom and hip weight, if your BMI suggests that you lose 33 lbs...maybe a little wouldn't hurt....but as I've said your bust could account for a lot of that weight....what do your family and friends say...do they think that you are fine just the way you are ??? Ask people you trust for an honest answer...your family is your best bet...because without seeing you....it's hard to say...some guys may say that you look womanly !!!!

bmi is only correct if your an average person, problem is that no one is average. It also doesnt realize if a person is really muscular or not. Some one could be 5'10'' and 200 pounds of all muscle and in the greatest shape of their life but still be considered obese according to bmi. In your case i would suggest losing a few pounds, however i wouldnt suggest losing 33 pounds right away. Take it slow and be safe about it. I hope this helped.

No! You are fine!! I was 326 2 years ago at 5'4" THAT you need to loose weight (I'm now at 190, still loosing) my doctor and nutritionist both said that 150 is a healthy weight for women at our height. Your weight is in your chest (sorry if that sounds rude) but, if you want to get the bmi down more, I suggest going to see a trainer at a gym who can come up with excersices to just tone you, and make the fat into muscle. But, check with your doctor to see what they think first.
(PS. i've seen obsession over bmi's (and to me) are evil and get women with even 2% body fat want to get rid of it (ask my friend!))

Yes, you should lose at least 14 or more pounds. 140 or a little less is probaly about right for you.
Only use the BMI chart as a guideline since it does not account for different body types.

ABSOLUTELY. The numbers don't lie. Most people ignore the numbers, but you have them there in front of you. And more importantly, your health is more important. Fat people are prone to many health issues(high blood pressure, diabetes, heart problems, etc...) I commend you for taking the time to think of your health. Always remember, be positive, be motivated, and most important be happy by rewarding yourself with a new look of thiness and new clothes with your new hot thin body.

I would think 33 lbs. would probably be about right. However, it is important to look at your frame and not focus so much on the lbs. A healthy weight is one that you feel comfortable in! Good Luck!
