Just curious.I heard that the average person carries about a $7,000 balance.How right are they?Also,what do you use your credit card for?

i have a total dept of 1,000 and mainly because of car maintenance and repairs. i always use my cards for school stuff and sometimes cloths. i have just 5 cards lol

With all my credit cards, including the ones from stores, I think it's around $2000... I don't think that's too bad, and I pay as much as I can when the payment is due. I usually have a $0 balance on the store cards, but I just used some recently, and I had to make some big purchases on the others (new tires, car maintenance). They should be paid of by March of next year (knock on wood!).

We carry around $2,000 total on three cards. We use our credit cards when we run out of money and need groceries, gas, etc or when we must make a purchase, such as new tires.

Owe less than $100 have 3 credit cards.
Used to buy things online, reserve hotels, and reserve airline tickets.

I charge everything on my credit card and I pay it in full every month. It has cash rewards. So they pay me to use their money.
