i scratched the bump and it was like a zit blood and white stuff started gushing out..is this infection?

sounds like an infectious process for sure. clean it with peroxide, apply some antibiotic ointment like neosporin.

Did you have it pierced with a piercing gun instead of a needle? This is common due to the simple force of a blunt object being pressed through cartilage (soft bone). What you're seeing COULD be a pus filled nodule (infection), OR it could be a bump of pushed cartilage. I would take this one to the doctor for sure.

same thing happened to my cartlidge piercing. The only thing that helped it heal, was to completely Pop it !!
get all the pus and blood out,, it won't come out on its own.
haha,, it looked gross,, blood going down my ear !!
but it healed in a couple days after that, if you don't pop it, it might take weeks
