I as well have a high self esteem and am not jealous of others. But at the same time always want more and after that want more different things. I get tired of the same things and people very quick.

I think this has more to do with personality type than with any type of medical term. Some people just crave something new all the time. In some ways, it keeps us motivated and productive. But, in other ways, it can make us depressed and bitter if things don't happen quickly enough. I struggle with this myself so you are definitely not alone. I'd bet you are either a melancholy or choleric. Google the 4 personality types and read up on it. It won't change how you feel, but it might give you some insight as to why you feel that way.

Sometimes people think that they have high self esteem, but they are covering up how they really feel by judging others as not good enough. Constantly looking for things and relationships that "satisy" you sounds that you are not happy.

A symptom of ADD is novelty seeking---maybe it is that.

it's typical for a person who isn't happy inside... happiness doesn't come from the outside, so things and relationships are not a recipe for contentment.
