yes they do that all the time.
you can get fat sucked out of your butt and they place it in your lips for fuller lips.
or a lot of times if they are shapping your butt, they take it out of your butt and put it back in, in certain places to get the right shape.

You can, but be careful. Reports in recent years have been worrisome, and some plastic surgeons have abandoned the procedure.

you can but its not always a good thing.
for instance- if you had fat injected into your breasts and go to a doctor it will appear that you have unidentified masses in your breasts that may be cancerous. fat injections look like tumors and/or cists when you go to the doctor.
