Abdominal Pain?

It hurts when I get up from sitting down, and also walking. Right above the groin area. Just started yesterday. Feels similar to when you over strech while excrecising.

any ideas?

Could be a hernia, more likely a strained muscle. Check the chair you are sitting in and the position you are sitting in. You can be measured and then buy the 'correct chair' height.
