I don't even know you, but i can smell the desperation on you. the best relationships don't work that way.

Plenty ways. Here's a basic/cliche one.
1) TAKE YOUR TIME...don't rush into anything.
-Talk to her occasionally, don't look all desperate.
-Ask her out to lunch or something, nothing romantic, just a friendly thing.
2)IF she's interested in you take it to the next level *if she isn't move on, don't fall too deep*
-Ask her out on a date, a nice resteraunt...a movie...whatever she likes, remember you have to please her.
-Weeks, months...whatever, if she's really into you *look for signs...i dont need to even bother typing the signs, they are obvious* wait a few more days, then ask her to be your girlfriend
3) If you completed that last task....make sure she's always happy, treat her the way a female should be treated and spend lots of quality time with her, but dont crowd her space.
4) It will take some, to a lot of time...just don't rush into anything...cant stress that enough.

depends on how strong your game is. If you are a true Playa, then it shouldn't take more than a couple days. If you're a tard, then it will never happen.
If you are somewhere in between, then it should take about a month.
