Cats do tend to love eggs and they are a great source of extra protein for them, not harmful at all. However if you feel your cat isn't getting the nutrition it needs, I would consider switching the food you are using to something a bit better. This should be done slowly, mixing the old with the new and decreasing the old until the cat is only eating the new. Though giving your cat egg is perfectly fine, it should be used as a treat or a supplemental to their usual diet. If they are eating a good pet food there will be no need to rely on an outside source of nutrition as long as your cat is healthy, other than wanting to give them a little something extra as a treat.

There's nothing wrong with giving them egg whites from time to time although I would not make it a steady part of their diet.

Yes. Chicken is great for a diet, and grilling is one of the best ways to prepare it if you're on a diet. Just don't eat the skin (or cook skinless chicken pieces). P.S.: White meat chicken (wings and breast meat) is better for you than dark meat (thighs and legs) because the white meat has less fat.

It is not dangerous and it is best if they have only the yolk. Boil the egg a little bit and just feed the yolk - it won't matter if there is a little white in it.
Please use "organic" eggs from chickens that are hormone and antibiotic free and are not as likely to have any samonella.

I used to feed my cats raw eggs... it never hurt them... so I doubt cooked egg whites will either.

It's dangerous to feed your cat people food without consulting a professional, especially if you plan on doing it consistently. I would talk to your vet about your concern with protein. If you're feeding you cat a high-quality diet cat food (Natural Choice, Science Diet) then your cat should be fine. If you're not, consider switching to one. Feeding them people food is not recommended without knowledge and experience and can cause your cat to get really sick or even cause death.

I wouldn't give any pet "people food". Feed your kitten a high quality food intended for kittens, like Science Diet.
