An Army sergeant major is of the same paygrade/rank (E-9)as a Navy master chief. A command sergeant major is similar to a command master chief. The Sergeant Major of the Army and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy are both E-10s.
Rank is the paygrade of a service member, enlisted or officer. Rate is the occupational specialty of an enlisted sailor.

Se argent Major is the same as Master Chief Petty Officer or Command Sergeant Major which is the same as Command Master Chief Petty Officer.
you also have the Sergeant Major of the Army but there is only one he is the equivalent of the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy. They all hold the pay grade of E-9.

The army Rank of Fleet Admiral is oftentimes purely utilized in time of conflict and has no longer been held via all people because of the fact that WWII. the army Rank of popular of the army is held via the senior military popular. the army and army are plenty, plenty greater advantageous than the Marine Corps and the Air stress and so, based on the table of corporation in the time of time of conflict they could have a number of O-10s while the Marine Corps and Air stress could purely have one.
