Half of my bonus was spent on paying debts and buying my mom plane tickets so she can go back to our home country to resolve some family problems. Her allowance will also be pulled from a large portion of the bonus that was left. Only a small amount of money will be saved for me once I buy a plane ticket too. I'm going home to see that special person i've not seen for years. Should I just drop the idea of me going back home to enjoy the bonus i received from enlisting in the military or should I just give everything to my mom to ease everyone's mind?

You have every right to keep a portion for yourself, and spend/save it any way you see fit. It was very responsible of you to pay off debts, and very filial of you to pay for your mother's trip.
But no one should expect you to give it ALL to your mom, since you have important needs of your own.

You already did something nice for your mom. You're not obligated to do anything else. If everyone else wants their mind at ease, then why don't they pitch in their money to give to your mom? Your bonus is for serving your country and is rightfully yours.

What is wrong with your mom she excepts your bonus money for her personal pleasures.
What is wrong with you its your money. You are worth something or you wouldn't have received this bonus. You need to learn to take care of yourself.Sounds like you have a selfish mom and you do not believe or care about yourself.
What's up with that;it was nice what you did for your mom but what about you.

Your mom needs to take care of herself.

You aren't responsible for her finances.
