I want to copy kubuntu in a cd. I downloaded alcohol to burn the cd. My question is what should I do to have the kubuntu into my cd. I saw the burning process here on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dr94g48KFTc.
Please what should I select on the desktop. Is it kubuntu?? I am scared it maybe wrong and I decided to ask you guys

Download the correct ISO from the website FIRST, then:

ISO files are CD / DVD image files, that contain a description of what the disk should look like when duplicated.

To learn how to burn an ISO, read:

Then, if needed, try the free: ISO Recorder from:
http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/v2.htm

Finally, put the Kubuntu CD in your drive and turn on your PC (CD should be first in the Boot Sequence, in the BIOS).

The LIVE CD version of kubuntu should fire up, but not install on your hard drive. If you like it, click on the Install Kubuntu Icon on the desktop to install it on your hard drive. Be careful that you don't trash Windows, if you want to dual-boot to either OS.
