Truth is truth.
Just because someone hears the truth - but chooses not to believe it - doesn't change the fact that it is still the truth.
Studies have proved that people will believe rumor over the truth - despite overwhelming evidence that the rumor is false.

If a tree falls and no one hears it, does it still make a sound?
It is still the truth because it eventually will be realized for the truth. Sometimes the truth is harsh so it's good not to push it.

Yes, the truth would still be the truth. Whether people believe it, has nothing to do with it.

Yep.
It's weird, but relativism is an objective position. You can say that "every belief is true", but that is stating that their are overall truths beyond the individual (or group's ) belief. It suggests that tolerance is should be a universal virtue, but a real relativist would claim their opinion is the only truth, they wouldn't allow for any contradictions.

Yes.
The truth doesn't have anything to do with how many people find the story credible If it's really what happened, it's the truth.
