I asked a question earlier today about losing fat. I'm just wondering now if it is better to run and work out with a hoody or a sweatshirt or just a tank-top.

Is it better to run wind sprints or jog to lose stomach weight the fastest?

you want to dress appropriately for "your" workout environment so there is no best workout wear, the term is to subjective.

if ur trying to lose fsat then u want to sweat so that means where as heavy clothes as possible wear the sweats ny *****
