But what about what He is doing right now in His heavenly ministry.
Please share using scripture what the Lord is currently doing in His heavenly ministry. How is He carrying out all that He has laboured to establish while in His earthly ministry.
How can we as believers and members of this Ascended Christ's Body work along with Him, coordinate and cooperate with Him in carrying out His purpose on the earth?

Ty for talking the time and energy to put forward your answers everyone:)
Ur sis

HE IS PRAYING FOR US

HE GIVES US PEACE IN TROUBLED TIMES

We who believe in Jesus are embassadors in His kingdom, and as such we should have a heart for the sick and hurting, a desire to further His kingdom by telling others about our King, and having compassion on mankind.

God bless Sandy!!

Hi Sandy,

It is a marvelous revelation that the entire sanctuary service was symbolic of Christ's priestly ministry.

Hebrews 8:1,2 speaks of the Heavenly sanctuary where Christ is presently mediating on our behalf. What we need to fully understand is the work that Jesus our personal advocate is now doing in the heavenly sanctuary. Those who have confessed their sins will have their sins blotted out. Thank God, Jesus is our advocate. He stands ready to wash away our sins, and when the times of refreshing shall come, to blot them out forever.

Friend, we need to put ourselves in the hands of Jesus Christ this very moment; in the hands of our great high priest and Advocate, for he alone can save us.

Ty Sandy for this post.

John 14:2-4
2In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

John 14:25-27
25These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

He is Mediator between God and man.
He is with us (Emanuel) even to the end of the earth.
He is watching over us; providing for us; protecting us; praying and petitioning for us among many other things.
He's preparing a place for His people.
He's writing in his books about our deeds that we do for Him and in His name.
He's preparing for the final battle.
He's preparing a dinner for His saints..... there's a long list; He's very busy to say the least.

What can we do? Obey His words, pray, meditate, tell others about Him, bring people into His kingdom, love your enemies.... this list is also very long so, we must also keep busy.

We continue going on doing the last thing we were commanded to do, spreading the Gospel, teaching and preaching, baptizing those who come to believe, making disciples, running the race and fighting the fight. I believe, as we speak, Christ is still working on that place He has for us. Remember, "I go to prepare a place for you, and if I go to prepare a place for you I will surely come again and receive you unto Myself that where I am there you may be also." We work until that day. As the hymn says, "We'll work till Jesus comes; we'll work till Jesus comes, then we'll be gathered home."

i find great encouragement from/in Revelation 20-22.
YESHUA spoke often about preparing a place for us.
the awe-inspiring grandeur that is so incredible. WOW.
for us? how cool is that. that is how much YESHUA
loves us!
here we need to keep the faith 1 Thessalonians 5: 12-28.
that is the scripture i try to use/do.

Sandy, I'm reading your question and what I mostly think is that it is sad that you are in so deep it looks like you have forgotten how to speak in normal language.

I used to be a christian and I used the same kind of obfuscating language, and as an ex-christian I am now very aware of how it works. Please look critically at the churchy language and perhaps you will see how it is used to condition your mind into the churchy mind-set.

Peace.

There are thousands of different churches, sects, cults and whatnot, all of whom believe they have the One True Christianity. How can you possibly co-ordinate and co-operate? Doesn't the fractured nature of Christianity tell you that there is no truth behind it for people to agree on?

In my opinion, Jesus has been dead for about 2000 years, so he couldn't possibly have a ministry of any kind presently.

We are absolutely unaware of what Jesus of Nazareth did a coupla thousand years ago. The majority of believers in God also believe he has interest and intervention in human affairs. It's all bullcrap.
