sounds to me like you ripped some skin off. If you are taking any acne medications (retin-a, accutane, etc...) or if you are on or around your period, it will make your skin very thin and prone to the very top layer ripping off with the wax, therefore you shouldnt be waxing. Also make sure you test the temperature of the wax, it shouldnt be hot, it should be warm when put on the skin.
here are some tips for a good wax!
apply pre-waxing powder to the area to be waxed. This helps absorb oils on the skin so the wax sticks nicely to the hairs. It also helps you see the direction of the hair growth so you know which way to apply the wax. Apply wax WITH the direction of the hair growth. Then apply the muslin strip and make sure you rub it firmly to the wax. Pull the skin taut and rip AGAINST the grain of the hair. My favorite after wax product is tea tree oil! Its all natural, antifungal, antivirul, and antibacterial! It also works great for waxing accidents like yours by speeding up the healing process. you could also use neosporin in your scab as well.

When you wax you should always wash that area with soap and water before hand to get any oil off. Then dry the skin and start waxing from there and that catches the hair on the first try so you dont have to keep putting the strips back on.
Dont use cocoa butter on your face it would be best if you used a creme with no fragrance. Fragrance irritates the skin. good luck!

Just leave it, it should be gone in a few days. Moisturize bc it sounds like the skin is dry.

your skin needs to heal. leave it alone and don't pick it. in a few days it'll be ok. you can put petroleum jelly on it, makes healing faster.
