You need to get your priorities straight. You best friend sister's boyfriend - c'mon - once a cheater always a cheater and you call her a best friend. You are not acting like one.

He sounds like a sleeze. Dont fall for it, trust me, it never ends well. I say let him know that you are not interested, and let it go, unless he tries again. If he tries again tell your friend.

If you have feelings for him then confront him and tell him that it would be betrayel to your sister. If you don't have feelings for him tell your sister what he asked you.
