Is all humans are about is simply getting even with each other? What happened to love your neighbor and God? Even Islam teaches do unto others like you want done to you (in different words). Is peace the light at the end of this dark tunnel? Or is that just another neon beer sign?

Mrs. if that were completely true, why are we fighting the ghostly presence of Al Queda? A Muslim is a Muslim is a Muslim is what I'm told again and again. Their behavior is worse than Christians who act hypocritical almost hourly but show up Sunday morning for church dressed in the cleanest clothes.

TY Dev. Only love will destroy hate for good. Forgiveness is the responsibility of Americans. I know it's hard. As an example, Lincoln was shot because the south was unable to forgive. Years of anger were carried long afterward. I pray America is stronger than that.

Ty Night and others. I believe this fighting will come to an end, but not until America and allies embrace the common bond between Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

Fair enough, Mrs. I was lumping a large majority together. But it was to demonstrate the absurdity of extreme mentality. Love is what binds us together. It is what emanates from the Word. Without that, we are little more than cells evolving.

Vindicated about what?

Those people were murdered and I hope Allah (SWT) punishes those responsible from the one's who plotted to the ones who exucuted to the ones who knew about it and allowed it to happen.

What the hell are Muslims suppose to feel vindicated about?

First I would like to say that it is not all Muslims that feel this way, just the terrorists extremists.
Second. When it comes to religion, things get problematic. Most often, the books that we are supposed to live our lives by don't go into a lot of detail about how we should do things. They may say "Love thy neighbor" or whatever, but people take things differently and then they argue. And that's all within the same religion. As soon as you have more than one religion with conflicting ideas, people feel that they have to stand up for their beliefs, even if it means they stop listening to what their own book says.
Think about how much you love and respect your own religion. If you felt that someone was disrespecting it, wouldn't you feel the need to say something?
Add to that that a lot of the terrorists were raised in a society where they have been taught hatred from a very young age. Some of these kids go to school, and all they hear all day long is that the western world, (and everyone else for that matter) are evil, and need to be stopped. They come home from school and they watch cartoons like mickey-mouse telling them that they should sign up for a suicide bombing and when they are old enough, they are offered 72 virgins in heaven if they die in the name of Allah.
Now, again, I will not say that every Muslim is like that, but if you did grow up in a society where this was normal and families were revered for having children that had died in the Jihad, you might consider it yourself.
One day, there may really be peace all over the world, but for now, you just have to do your best to bring peace to the people around you.

Then he don't have joined the army undeniable and functional. The reality is it is the politicians that make the wars. The army simplest takes the orders. And routinely the ones orders are soiled. If each person went by way of that children perception, we might haven't any army. War isn't lovely. War isn't a laugh. And regardless of who you speak to, anybody goes to consider it is unjust an unjust struggle. Some consider WW1 was once unjust. Some consider WW2 was once unjust. And so on. What's stressful is how almost always he desired his comrades to observe anything they themselves are already going by way of. Thats somewhat immoderate and unneeded. Most individuals desire to flee the struggle zone. Not be reminded of it each week. He sounds somewhat off steadiness to me. The reality is although, it is not simply McCain supporters that recall muslims terrorists. Democrats and Independents do too. Anyone looking to make it look like its a a million occasion deal, or that one is always worse than one other is unfaithful and unrealistic. Half the Democratic occasion might consider that however would not talk it. For seen factors. Just due to the fact anybody does not act like they're, does not imply they are not pondering muslims are terrorists. Political association has not anything to do with it.

Innocent lives were lost in NY but so far we have only speculative evidence and NO factual evidence as to who did this. Yes, Muslims got blamed for it but i don't see any hard core evidence you would need a to convince a judge to go on with any trial.

Look at how many innocents US crusades has killed. Over 1 million iraqi dead, how many afghans? Peace won't come till US pulls out all its troops from the Muslim world, dismantle it's bases on Muslim lands, stop supporting the dictators of Muslim nations or puppet regimes it has in place and stop supporting state terrorism of Israel.

To Night1:
The supposedly terrorists were video taped drinking alcohol and having party, had no beards and were pretty secular in every nature. Only blinds will think such unislamic behavior and life enjoying people would give up life to go do such a thing.

The vast majority of Muslims (especially Western Muslims) do not condone the attacks. In fact, most speak against it. People need to lay of the gross generalizations.

If all the Muslims in the world had the same mentality as Al-Quida, the US would have been taken over already. There's millions. Don't let the select few shape your ideology of what Muslims are like and believe in. That's pure ignorance, and we both know it.
