Just so you know i tried to cut it down slowly I went from about 9 liters a day down to that 4-6. It stayed there for too long so i just went cold turkey. Feeling a little better after 5 days.

No, but I have been slowing it down. Gatorade or Powerade helps a lot! I went from about 54 bottles (20oz and 2L mixed) a week in the summer to about 14 bottles (20oz and 2L mixed) a week now (Fall)!

Keep one thing in mind, it is a major cause of Kidney stones!

ok so i am too lazy to read everything but the points I read is that in the beginning it sounds like exercise and nutrition advice and near the end is self esteem issues. But ok here it goes. The healthy way to lose weight I.E. the way athletes lose weight is to eat about 1500 calories a day and do at least 30 minutes of moderate - intense cardio. So the deficit would aver age about to be 800 calories burned a day. Of course, some days you eat more or less. But it adds up to an average 2 / 3 pounds lost per week. Which is healthy. I saw what you said about going back to normal by increasing caloric intake slowly. That is actually false. If you eat 600-700 calories a day, that is considered medically as starvation. Your body goes into survival mode and begins to eat muscle for energy. Once you go back to normal eating which I see you plan to do, your body will immediately store whatever you eat as fat. So it would not matter if you fasted for so long because you will most likely end up weighing 140 pounds and looking fatter than you did before because now you do not have as much muscle and more food was stored as fat. It will also be harder to lose weight because your muscles will be much weaker than before and you will be able to do less physical activity. What I would reccommend is to definitely stick with the jump rope and ab lounge. Also try to work in a little bit of brisk walking or jogging. Eat about 1500 - 1800 calories a day but through 6 small meals a day. This will keep your body's metabolism fired up and burning calories so that when you sleep, you continue to burn. And yes, sleep is the most important factor to losing weight, without it your body cannot recuperate, your blood glucose levels will spike and thus have cravings, your growth hormones will not fire (which means that they wont be released into your system) which will thus hinder your weight loss. And yes, a large chest and big Thighs (not legs) and but do make a woman appear curvy. Just think "Hourglass Figure" and if you dont know what I mean then just use google

I can go through a 2 liter in a day, but not 4-6 liters!! That is a lot of soda! I think I drink too much soda and I really don't care for diet soda. I would like to replace the 2 liters of soda I drink with water, because I know it is a lot healthier. Soda is just full of empty calories that make us fat. Water is the way to go.

No wonder!! Who drinks 4-6 liters of SODA a DAY!!!! Dude here is what I suggest, cut back your soda intake by 250 milliliters a day until you get down to 1 liter or less a day.

I went from about 1-2 to 0. Cold turkey off of my Mountain Dew addiction. Terrible headaches on and off or a couple weeks. I can only imagine how you must feel right now.

I did once. Cut out all caffeine. No soda, coffe, etc. I was a wreck for two or three days, but eventually I was able to function well without it.

Yeh, got a big sinus problem doing it too. Chewing gum helps, and tea in the morning, ice tea during the day. Otherwise you have to tough it out.

Yeah, you definatley kicked your own butt by doing that. I have found that an addiction to soda is pretty hard to kick as well...you might need to wean yourself, or join a 12 step program...;-)
