1 day late won't show with anyone but possibly the clothes store. Credit Reports/Scores begin scoring at 30 days late, so breathe easy, you can still buy your house!

No, it shouldn't. Just apologise to the clothing store when you make your payment and if your making payments on time , the'll let it slide.
Go to the website below and read it all, especially the section titled"how credit scoring works"! I made my credit score go from 480 to 709 in one year with the help from this site!
This site is all about credit report repair and it has something for everyone. This is a great site where you can learn how to avoid credit report repair and repair your credit!

You will kill your credit history unless you request forgiveness for the late payment. This is usually a one-time courtesy, but you have to request it.

No. It won't hurt anything unless it was 30 days past due. Even then, there's no harm in having one or two dings. Killing a credit history basically means that you are constantly 30+ days past due on everything, have filed bankruptcy, and so on and so on

No, this one won't hurt you. It is a small amount and less than 30 days won't go on a report. It sounds as if they may not even report since they don't send you a statement.
Mistakes happen, don't let it happen regularly. ; )

No, don't sweat the small stuff...
They may not even report to the credit tracking companies.

depends on how mean they want to be. If it was a regular
card, not only would they charge you a late fee, you just
gave them an excuse to sky rocket your interest rates
