Where in your opinion is the best place to live and why?

I prefer some details in your answer please :). I would like to know if it is friendly, or country or urban, etc. Any details you can think of that make this your preferred place to live.

Kauai. It is beautiful and everything is at a very relaxed pace.

Dunno yet, but it sure aint rainy, grey & racist Aberdeen in Scotland, theres loads of stuff to do within a 50 mile radius, but the buildings, are grey, the sky is grey & the ppl are grey! The Granite city? Huh....it shoulda been called The Grey city!!!
