Just have McDonald's at least twice a day for a week. That'll do the trick.

When my son joined the army he had to gain some weight to get in so the recruiter told him to drink peanut butter and banana milk shakes. He did and put on 6 pounds in 1 week.

Increase your calorie intake by 500 more calories a day. That equals 3500 calories a week (a pound). If you do that you should gain a pound a week.

Protein drinks and mac & cheese. Anything with protein and raise calories. Stay away from high fats and sodium.
