here is my little story :
when i was 8 or 9 years old, i really for get what age, i came to realize, there was no easter bunny, no tooth fairy, no santa clause, so, how could there be any God, if i could not see it, i would not believe it...until i was 13.
riding my horse. i was not be best rider, and that horse was not the safest horse. it spooked real easy, and every time it bucked, i was thrown, all except one time. Riding along the high way, in a nice lope, in very tall green grass, in the medium. the grass was about knee high to the horse, the horse was 14 hands tall. There was a big brown round spot, like a truckers tire had been there. the horse seen that and jumped right in to the highway, four lanes full of cars speeding right at me, and the horse was bucking. almost getting hit two times i seen, it was scary, and my right leg was hurting. my hands were on the horses neck, and i was trying so very hard to get off, but couldn´t.

When i got home, i was limping, my leg was hurting so bad. after i had taken care of the horse, i went in my room and check my leg...there was a hand print on my upper leg. i remembered holding on the horses main, and a few times rapping my arms around the horses neck...mostly trying to get off, because i was so scared some one was going to run us over. some how, on that pavement, along with the horses shoes sliding all over the place, two cars doing doenuts, along with the bucking, i managed to stay on, the first and only time i ever stayed on that horse when she was bucking.

i remembed saying "seeing is believing" i had some thing to see, and my right leg has not been the same since...i would not want it any other way

Thats my little story

(I was just going to "star" your question, but I ran out of stars, cause I am only on level 1)

So I guess I am stuck with answering your question.

When I do things that are "un-worldly" and feel chills go up and down my spine then I feel like that feeling (Holy Spirit?) came not from this world but from some higher power (God?)

unworldly like forgive someone that hurts me. Or lately, even pray for the good health and happiness of those who have unfairly reported me, and or those who have caused my last few accounts to be suspended. --- When I love them (the report monkeys) that is what I mean by doing something "unworldly" (most people of the world would not normally love such people) -- And when I do these things and get a wonderful pleasurable feeling going up and down my spine, then I feel there is a higher power ; not of this world, but from a place most people call Heaven.

Maybe by mental telepathy from a planet outside our solar system, one that was formed maybe shortly after our universe was formed 13.7 billion years ago. A planet that had about a 8 billion year head start on Earth. Consequently, mathematically, 300,000 times more advanced than us scientifically, technologically, and even evolutionarily. Ergo time travel by thought waves (much faster than light waves) and strong mental telepathy, and even the discovery of the quick fix evolutionizer ..... and finally the discovery of "eternal life" --------------- and on and on and on.

sorry for the rambling.

Raised Christian, went through some difficult things that made me question an all-loving, all-powerful god, now leaning more towards Deism but examing different belief systems with an open mind.

It takes more faith than I have to believe that this world and our existence are just happy accidents, but I don't have experience of a deity intervening in my life in any meaningful way.

Mary says " It's no longer the software that opens the door, it is the centered purpose of the brain. And it isn't precisely sensible to open doorways that you simply are not able to near, nor manage what could come via " then why even use a board you probably have the advantage to try this ? the one factor that comes via with a ouija board is unconscious stuff however that may be rattling horrifying now and then regardless that the board IS just a board .. a recreation ... vain

i believe in "The Higher Power" in which i love to embrace his holy name JESUS because he came from total glory to this sick planet just to prove that even a God can look, act and serve all of humanity with a humble and compassionate heart of grace. That is why i trust in our {FATHER} in everything i experience because he lives within me and he believes in me so much that he wants to make all of my visions come to light. Thankyou for that beautiful question.

We Believe that:

EARTH . . . created by Jehovah . . . cared for by man . . . inhabited forever
JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES believe in Almighty God, Jehovah, Creator of the heavens and the earth. The very existence of the intricately designed wonders in the universe surrounding us reasonably argues that a supremely intelligent and powerful Creator produced it all. Just as the works of men and women reflect their qualities, so do those of Jehovah God. The Bible tells us that "his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world's creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made." Also, without voice or words, "the heavens are declaring the glory of God."—Romans 1:20; Psalm 19:1-4.

People do not mold clay pots or make television sets and computers without a purpose. The earth and its creations of plant and animal life are far more marvelous. The structure of the human body with its trillions of cells is beyond our understanding—even the brain with which we think is incomprehensibly wonderful! If men have a purpose in bringing forth their comparatively insignificant inventions, surely Jehovah God had a purpose in his awesome creations! Proverbs 16:4 says that he does: "Everything Jehovah has made for his purpose."

Jehovah made the earth for a purpose, as he stated to the first human pair: "Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth . . . , have in subjection the fish of the sea and the flying creatures of the heavens and every living creature that is moving upon the earth." (Genesis 1:28) Because they became disobedient, this couple failed to fill the earth with righteous families who would lovingly care for the earth and its plants and animals. But their failure does not make Jehovah's purpose fail. Thousands of years later, it was written: "God, the Former of the earth . . . , did not create it simply for nothing." He "formed it even to be inhabited." It is not to be destroyed, but "the earth endures for ever." (Isaiah 45:18; Ecclesiastes 1:4, The New English Bible) Jehovah's purpose for the earth will be realized: "My own counsel will stand, and everything that is my delight I shall do."—Isaiah 46:10.

Hence, Jehovah's Witnesses believe that the earth will remain forever and that all people, living and dead, who will fit in with Jehovah's purpose for a beautified, inhabited earth may live on it forever. All mankind inherited imperfection from Adam and Eve and, hence, are sinners. (Romans 5:12) The Bible tells us: "The wages sin pays is death." "The living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all." "The soul that is sinning—it itself will die." (Romans 6:23; Ecclesiastes 9:5; Ezekiel 18:4, 20) Then how can they live again to share in the earthly blessings? Only through the ransom sacrifice of Christ Jesus, for he said: "I am the resurrection and the life. He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." "All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."—John 5:28, 29; 11:25; Matthew 20:28.

How will this come about? It is explained in "the good news of the kingdom," which Jesus started to proclaim while on earth. (Matthew 4:17-23) But today Jehovah's Witnesses are preaching the good news in a very special way.
