Doctors have kept him in observation to see if he revives from medicenes. He is on artificial life support system with probably continous pumping, his blood pessure also fell to 50 -30 but came back to 90.

Your question is too vague. He's under 72 hour observation for a reason. The doctors need to figure out whats wrong with him in order to prescribe the right treatment.

There are no treatments for head injuries other than reducing swelling, stopping bleeding, providing oxygen, and preventing strokes. You just have to wait and see what happens. Unfortunately, when a patient requires a ventilator, that usually means the damage is severe (unless the ventilator is needed because of chest injuries).

One thing that sometimes helps is to talk to the patient, or even play music or books on tape while he is in the coma. This type of brain stimulation sometimes seems to make a big difference in the recovery.

WOW! Even if that's how they feel, that's a horrible thing for them to tell you! Ok, so you have some learning disabilities, that doesn't make you a horrible person or hopeless. You didn't mention your age. Are you in school? If so special ed or mainstream? Even if you're not in school there should be people who can help you with the areas you struggle in. I know when circumstances suck it can be very hard to believe God cares, but He can use those circumstances to strengthen your faith or to bless others. You can choose how to think and how to act. You can learn to live with these handicaps and approach life in a positive way, or you can let your disabilities hold you hostage and make you miserable. God has not abandoned you. Even when people do, God won't. Even if you're faith is weak, keep praying and seeking God. He may or may not heal you. I can't answer that. There's no harm in petitioning God to heal you. In case that's not His will, you might want to try praying along the lines of "God, if it's not Your will to heal me, please help to be able to live with these problems and glorify You. Please strengthen my faith and use me to bless others." If He's not going to heal you, He can still use you where you are and how you are. If He does want to heal you, great! That can be a miracle for others to see. I don't know why God heals some and not others. Only God knows for sure why that is. There's an instance in the Bible where someone didn't have the faith to be healed, but someone else did have the faith, and the person who was lacking faith was healed. I guess that's "praying in the gap" or "standing in the gap in prayer." For whatever reason sometimes people's neurological systems don't form correctly and disabilities form. Maternal drug or alcohol use, smoking, and poor nutrition can all be possible factors. Maybe in your case it's something entirely different. I do not know. I've never been a good student, and I've been having lots of trouble with my memory. I also have a math learning disability (dyscalculia). I understand that it's hard to learn and that it can be frustrating and overwhelming. What you need is supportive people who encourage you and ones who are willing to invest time in helping you work within your abilities and maybe help you surpass some of those abilities. Confidence, faith, and positive thinking are all very important. If you'd like more information I'm willing to help in any way I can.
