There are relics in churches all over Europe. There are enough pieces of the True Cross alone to build a log cabin. Shrouds, cruets of blood and sweat, crowns of thorns, crucifixion nails - there are even several foreskins of Jesus in possession of various churches.
On the theory, any of these might contain Jesus DNA. Because they've got to all be authentic. I can't believe the church would perpetuate a fraud.
Hell, let's just Jurassic Park him off the Shroud of Turin. For the children, ladies and gentlemen, for the children.

Go to a catholic communion, there is some transformation thing the priest does to turn the bread and wine into the body and blood of old JC. Hold the wine in your mouth, but don't get grossed out when it turns to blood. When the priest isn't looking (their on to this little trick) spit the blood in the collection vial. Then go talk to Michael Keaton about how he cloned himself in Multiplicity. I believe in 4-6 months you will have a flourishing nursery of little jesus clones. Write back for advice on how to manage your Jesus army when you've completed the aforementioned steps.

There is blood on the Turin Shroud, the burial cloth of Jesus.
Why would you want His DNA?

It would be utterly impossible. When Jesus went to Heaven,(permanetly) he took everything with him(his body) Any thing he toughed or ate would have withered away by now.

Not sure how your could do that since He took all of it with Him to heaven. I doubt you could gain access to the spear, the nails that pierced His hands and the cross and crown are more than likely no longer in existence.
