right now the greatest economical damage is in the Caribbean, with the increase in rate and power of hurricanes, that causes damage, kill people, and increase the price of oil.
Europe is starting to feel the effects of global warming, with very high temperatures inland, that kill old people, and floods, that damage and kill.

If greenhouse gases are the cause, the models suggest that by far the most warming will happen in the colder environments such as Russia, Siberia and the Artic. They have already experience the greatest warming in the last couple of decades. It provides a lot of gloom and doom fodder for those liberals mostly living in New York or somewhere similar to say "Oh my, the world is melting" but in fact waming in these areas isn't all bad. Some would say it is having the worst effect here, I would say it is having the most positive effect. That is the difference between alarmist and skeptics like myself. They see the glass half empty and we see it half full.

Everywhere on the planet is effected.
The polar ice caps are melting, and large sections of ice caps are floating into the open ocean.
The continents are have major climatic changes, with droughts and rain deluges happening everywhere.
And in general odd weather events are becoming more commonplace.
Our weather patterns, just like the stock markets are cyclical. But are we in a normal cycle of change, or are we having a real problem is the question.
