actually, david's bridal just started an online-only wedding dress section, and it's very reasonably priced and the dresses are simple and elegant. also, target has a new bridal section online, as well, i think most/all dresses are designed by isaac mizrahi and they are pretty inexpensive as well. i've pasted some links below, too.
you could also try going to a local dress shop and seeing what they have on their sale rack, a lot of times dresses that are off season or older will be marked down a lot.
congrats, and good luck!

Try eBay.
I bought an absolutely beautiful dress at a second hand shop-paid $45. Nobody knew, nobody cared-I was the only one that knew and I looked so good I could care less! I even felt as though I would make a savvy wife to boot!
Why pay more at your wedding when you could buy a car instead!

try jcpenney.com or macys, etc. I know jcpenney has nice wedding dresses for about $100 or so. You may even catch some homecoming dresses on sale since most are over by now. You may come across a cute white dress for a good price.

I think ebay and a thrift store are both good choices.
I'm not sure if you will find anything under 50$ but this store has an 80% off sale right now that I just found doing a google search for cheap wedding dresses. Check it out.

I found a bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding for $40 at Smartbargains.com. You can also try Overstock.com, but I find them pricey.
Congratulations on your wedding.

The majority of your question doesn't make sense because your grammar and spelling are horrible.
I think the fact that you want such a cheap wedding dress will prove to be a problem. If you hate to shop so much, then why are you buying one? You are going to pay more for the dress online due to the shipping charges, than you would if you were to go into a shop and buy one in person.

Why not ask around your family & friends.
Does your mum have her wedding dress or anyone of your friends?
Maybe even your mum in law to be? Aunties or cousins - on both sides? sisters or sisters in law?
My daughter wore her mum in laws wedding dress - I had rented mine.
