I can think of a protein rich DRINK. In fact it's so good for you you only need a shot of it at a time. Trouble is, it takes a lot of work to actually GET the shot, so you end up burning calories that you won't get back. Plenty of protein, but no calories.
No gimmicky new soft drink either. Tried and tested, and it's free. Just ask your man (or someone else's if you don't have one) if you can have a shot of Mamasauce.
The best food for protein is eggs.
