Try calling your local treatment centers and/or department of social services to recommend one. They usually get money from the state ABC(alcohol beverage control) and the county. They have reduced rates for people without insurance. They want people to get well because people with alcohol and drug problems and they troubles end up costing society than paying for their treatment and return to health.

in mexico (rosarito )there is a really good rehab place its cheap they run on donations they keep you busy you can visit any time on the weekends and its pretty much run by the patients its a good place .im sorry i dont remember the name of the place but it shouldnt be hard to find... the entrance is gated and the back has a nice patio picnick area and to the best thing is its on the beach with rocks so you cant leave unless you go for a big swim!

Until they REALLY WANT help, there is very little you can do.

If this is a boy friend or girl friend, make sure you let them know you will not tolerate it. If you are an enabler they will never get better.

there are many programs to help

a free service is AA people there can guide you

one thing the person has to want it for them selves and not because people are putting pressure on them to quit

talk to AA they can and Will help
