Delight can be like experiencing the taste of cotten candy melting on your tongue for the very first time....
True spiritual delight, is having a day that most would consider bad.....and at the end of the day having that peace and stillness in the center of your very being...knowing that all is well, and just as it should be....

Seeing all the world as the miracle that it is, the attitude of wonder that is characteristic of the spiritual life.
Feeling more alive, more vital. Seeing things without preoccupation, as they are, in all their amazing aliveness.
Usually accompanied by chuckling with glee, in my case, or big silly grins.
