I am a Christian Catholic and I am Baptized and have my Holy Communion.

Yes and you need to be a practicing Catholic. The idea is if you are not Confirmed then you are not practicing your Faith that well as you need to be of an age where you should have been confirmed a long time ago. You can still be what they call a Christian witness though.

Yes, you definitely need to be a confirmed catholic. The whole point of a godfather is to teach the child about religion until such a time when he/she becomes confirmed and is assumed to be fully educated on the matter of religion.

I do not know. Is that like being a fairly oddparent? Comfirmation would be more like for an airline arrival or a hotel stay wouldn't it?

All you need is the Holy Spirit of God....which enters you at the point of salvation.....

No need for traditions

No....it is not a requirement. The only requirement is that you be willing to make a vow that you will see that your godchild received a Catholic upbringing.

confirmation of what? you being a worshiper of that particular faith? if so how do you confirm it?
I would think not as the questions I just asked would fall into play here!
