your body will produce as much sperm as it needs... masturbation doesnt result in a low sperm count, in some cases it actually increases it. masturbation increases circulation, helps keep your sex drive going and generally increases your mood. any amount of masturbation is healthy as long as it does not interfer with life or become painful. so as long as the penis isnt rubbed raw and you dont masturbate instead of doing something your suppose to be doing then everything is fine

There are many activities which can lower sperm count, such as certain medications, THC (found in marijuana), wearing undergarments that keep the testicles at a higher temperature than is natural, and testosterone enhancers. Masturbation in no way affects the degree of sperm production in the human male, one way or the other. Ejaculation, whether it be through self-stimulation or otherwise, is as perfectly natural as breathing.

If you are interested in learning the biological components of how sperm is produced, stored and either ejaculated or reabsorbed, I would be more than willing to explain the processes to you. If you are educating children, you should probably have a very good understanding of the biological functions. (Of course, that is just my view.)

The short answer to your question regarding how "safe" masturbation is -- there are no medical concerns associated with the act in and of itself. The ejaculate can vary in size and intensity depending upon many factors, one of which is how recently one has masturbated. Blindness, hairy palms, laziness and other such concerns have been disproved many times over.

This is the best way that I can think to explain away your very valid concern. Think of water as sperm. There is a waterfall that is constantly pouring water into a lake. This waterfall is perpetual -- it is always on, and always filling up the lake. When a man ejaculates, this is the equivalent of opening a dam to the lake, and letting most of the water pour out. Then the lake is virtually empty and the waterfall takes a while to replenish the lake. If one chose to masturbate again before the lake is full, there would still be water coming out through the dam, but not as much as if one waits for the lake to fill up again. Now, let's say that the dam doesn't open for a long time, and so the lake totally fills up. There are then two options, of which the one the body choses (outside of a man's own control) is dependent on several factors. The first, and most common, is that the water simply spills out of the lake and is absorbed into the surrounding soil. Sperm is exactly like this -- the testicular tissue literally absorbs the old sperm as the new sperm is produced to take its place. The other option is that the dam opens up all on its own. This, we call "nocturnal emission," or a "wet dream."

I can't speak to the moral component of masturbation because this is up to individuals to determine if it is "right" or "wrong" for them. But, I did want to give you the biological components in as broad strokes as possible.

Is Masturbation Normal? While it once was regarded as a perversion and a sign of a mental problem, masturbation now is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity that is pleasant, fulfilling, acceptable and safe. It is a good way to experience sexual pleasure and can be done throughout life. Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively and/or interferes with daily life and activities. Is Masturbation Harmful? In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. Some cultures and religions oppose the use of masturbation or even label it as sinful. This can lead to guilt or shame about the behavior. Some experts suggest that masturbation can actually improve sexual health and relationships. By exploring your own body through masturbation, you can determine what is erotically pleasing to you and can share this with your partner. Some partners use mutual masturbation to discover techniques for a more satisfying sexual relationship and to add to their mutual intimacy.

This is a very imprecise question because there is huge amount of variation across gender, age, and psychological profile.

If you're doing it more than 3 times a day, chances are good you are irritating the skin. You're probably doing it to overcome some sort of psychological problem, potentially making it worse. There are people who masturbate so often that they can't climax with another human being ... they have trained themselves to climax only at their own hand.

You're not going to get any fixed guidelines.

Guys tend to masturbate around once a day during puberty and have been doing it for generations. You tell me ... has the world survived?

Since all people are different there is no medical standard for the frequency of masturbation. A healthy body will continue to create enough semen to meet its demands, so its more psychological and not physiological. if it doesn't interfere with other areas of your life then a healthy person should do it as often as he wishes with no concerns.

So whack away and don't worry about it.

unless you experience pain or skin irritation, it won't hurt you. it's okay to seek relief as often as you need it as long as it doesn't interfere with your schooling, work, or social life. masturbation is much safer than seeking out a sex partner. sexually transmitted diseases are something young people should be concerned with. masturbation is VERY safe sex.
BTW, i imagine english is your second language, so everybody should lay off the insults. you communicate much better in english than i do in hindi.
