How do you make SUBWAY'S TUNA SALAD?

I managed a subway for about 3 years and all we were told to do is drain tuna completely until almost dry (we used a tuna press, but you can do the same thing with a cup that is a little smaller than your tuna can and press the tuna with lid on-first use can opener to open can but do not remove the lid) All we did was add mayo to it, not miracle whip. Thats it. It was a huge seller at my store also.
