So this week, my cat is having some attitude with me! and she has been way more hyper than usual... at night she gets under the covers and attacks my legs... she has never done that before lol, she usually just tackles my legs from over the converter.. now i have scratches all over my legs haha... and she has been quite the demanding talker lately as well.. i love her so much, her moods are like mine, up and down haha.. she is adorable though i cant live with out her.
so how is your cat acting this week? :)

Pick a breed that is known to be docile. For example, a Burmese or Persion is a lap cat, while an Egyptian Mau is very active and energetic. American shorthair cats - the most common type - are not necessarily lap cats. Of course, you won't find many pure breed cats at a shelter, but many times they are mixed breeds and you can find one that has some of the characteristics you want. Males are usually friendlier than females, though of course this isn't a rule written in stone.

My cat 'Barbie' has a split personality. In the daytime she's a sleepy, loving creature who only wants to be stroked and adored by her family. But at night, she turns into cold hearted, serial killing machine and has decimated the populations of birds, mice and squirrels around my house. At least once a week the kids have to arrange an impromptu funeral for some poor defenceless creature whose corpse has been found on the back step. She's even taking to showing off - in the summer she brought in 2 live birds and proceeded to kill them both in front of my wife, who was unable to save them.
Despite being a ruthless murderer, she can also be very kind and loving... a bit like Ronnie Kray, perhaps.

My kitten is still, as he has been since day one, a great big loverboy. He talks to me all the time, and he's larnt how to play fetch, with his new toy, the straw from any glass I drink from (and he'll carefully steal it out without tipping the glass or breaking it or anything).
He's waiting for our older cat at the top of the stairs, then he'll pounce on her and run away laughing like he always does.
He's finally getting to the stage of actually learning, when we first got him, you could try what you liked, but the only thing he picked up then was not to scratch furniture and not to run up the curtains. Now he's learning things every day, and his training is doing really well, he has finally taken to his halter as well so all is good, and he is a very smart little fella.

Oh they are like the cat who caught the canary. I have a few baby mice in my house, yippie! And the mice aren't very bright, lol, they keep running out from their hidding spot and the cats catch them and just have ball playing with them. One mouse has died, one I released, and another that has been beatin up, but keeps coming back out.
Other than the mice they have been really lovey and want to cuddle and be loved. I think they just want praised for catching the mice. Which they have been...

I have a five-month-old kitten who lately will not leave the fish food alone. Just this morning she opened the can and dumped it all the floor. Then she took the lid and played with it till she lost it under the sofa. She does a lot of meowing, (like a siren); so that is her name. She lately has been getting into things she shouldn't. Siren is being a cat-curious!

my two are sooo different..

benny is moody and mature, quite a reserved thinker and always watching..he's smart and know when he's doing wrong, he leads the other one into trouble. he can be nice for about hlaf an hour each day then he's moody again.

Mork, is crazy and wild and over the top with his love..he's always playing, a little bit simple..he was the runt! he's ultra sensitive and his feeling get hurt easy, never stops eating, runs like a horse trots we say. and he's needy.
I love them both to distraction.

Got 3, 1 acts as tho he is 10 months old instead of 10 years old. winding up my Birman who is 3 years old, acts like a 3 month old to. As for my raggy Wuss puss (9 years old) whom i call him, is well just him. Its very cold here, but very sunny and at mo they basking in the sunshine inside in front of the patio doors. Night times are the fun times, well for them it is, just getting off to sleep and 3 of them decides to play lets keep mum awake by running from the spare bedroom and over my bed, back out again and start the game all over.
They all got "I love you Look" as i am cooking corned beef hash. they all sat o/sdie kitchen door. Typical.!!

my older cat, doesn't like to be bothered unless he wants attention, so he hisses a lot at the other cat and dog, but he's all Hiss, no bite,he does not like toys or treats either. The little guy is a wild one, he likes to sit on your lap when he wants to and he is very playful.

Our cat is fat and grumpy, and when he is pissed, he will let you know! For two days, he has had problems though, he is going to the bathroom around the house-like in my daughters bed, and on the kitchen counter! I don't know whats up, but it is not very fun! I don't know what to do!
