I want to loose fat overall . was looking for what exercise should i do

dont eat such fatty foods and do lots of cardio exercise like running, jogging, walking... but to tone all the muscles in your body, you need to find exercises for each muscle

Walking is best. Just put your headphones on an listen to some fast paced music and walk to the beat. You should walk fast enough where you feel slightly out of breath. Also try and walk uphill now and then - because this really works the legs.

It's a fantastic workout. If you do this for about an hour each day you will look and feel great in no time. It quite hard work at the beginning, but it does get easier. Just change your route often to keep things interesting. And if you have a friend or a dog take them along for company. :-)

Takes alot of time to loose weight and you have to be dedicated, and not cheat! You will have to want to go the distance to get what you want. Walking and swimming is the best for about 20 minutes a day. Fasting is unhealthy, just watch what you eat, but eat little meals and often.

This all depends on your body type, metabolism, and the amount of excersize you are willing to do. Honestly I think the best form of excersize is one you enjoy. Try taking up a sport. Martial arts is , I believe, one of the best ways to get into shape fast. especially if its a fitness based martial art like Tie kwan do or tie bo, boxing, Jujitsu. there is a huge variety of them and all of them are exellent for your health. Another thing to keep in mind is what youre eating. If you are excersizing alot then you need to take in alot of protien. keep a hold on the carbs and cut things like soda completely out. use veggies as a filler and fruits and yogurts as desserts. the natural sugars in fruits will give you just as much of an energy boost as those silly energy drinks. Im not saying to completely erradicate desserts and sweets from your diet though. Just leave them for last. after youve taken in all the protien and minerals and vitamins and carbs that you need. then go for the chips and stuff if thats what you want.

Don't Cut Out Any Meals.
Just Burn Off More Calories than You Eat By Maybe A 30 Minute/ Hour Jog.

running is probably the best exercise you could do to loose overall fat but you have to eat right too

Walking is excellent. You not only get a great workout, but you get to meditate on important issues, or even just reminisce about something good that has happened to you. It makes exercising more interesting and you tend to finish faster.

Remember that you have to also be eating healthy. Don't starve yourself, just gradually change your poor eating habits a little at a time. You should start seeing results in a few weeks. Happy walking.

With or without equipment? The best machine i've heard of for all around is called the Total Gym. It's so cool, i used one once. I'm not good with working with my abs. You should try bycicling, i used to do that every day and i was pretty much skinny, exept i had a little fat on my tummy, but that was then, now i'm fatter, but people SAY i'm skinny. I'm sure they don't really belive that. Any way, for your arms, push ups, real ones, also lifting wights is good too. Good luck!

Just do lots and lots of walking. Walking and low intense aerobic exercises burn fat more efficiently than more intense exercises. Watch your fat intake. Make sure you consume some fats, but lower than the recommended daily allowances.

Cardio at LEAST 3x week for 30 minutes...add strength training to build muscle 2-3 times per week as well for optimal results.

Eat lean meat/protein and lots of green veggies. Drink water and cut out the soda, cookies, chips, white potatoes, artificial sweetener and fried/junk food.
