This is to freeze white rice not fried

Cook rice.
Cool the rice.
Divide rice into small portions.
Wrap rice with plastic wrap and flatten them.

Put rice in the freezer. You can keep them in the freezer up to a month.
Put the rice package in microwave and heat for a couple of minutes when you need them.
Tips:

When you pack steamed rice, the package should be flattened thinly so that it can be warmed up quickly.

Technically, yes you can. You will want to reheat it slowly with a bit of water so as to not dry it out. You can use a microwave to reheat. However, I do not recommend freezing fried rice due to the fact that upon thawing and reheating the texture will probably turn into something you don't like.

Yes, but don't leave it longer than 2 hours between picking it up and sticking it in the fridge and ONLY once.

When reheated, make sure it's piping hot, and I mean the kind of hot you'll scald your mouth with, lol. The temperature should be at least minimum 75°C, althought I'm aware that the chances of you having a food thermometer/probe are small, and don't forget to eat it asap, not next morning cold leftovers for breakfast, rice is way too dangerous to mess with.

Nnnnoooo!! You really shouldnt reheat rice many times at all, it can give you bad food poisoning, and as the take away place has reheated it a couple times already its not good.

I don't know why people are telling you that you can't freeze rice.

You most certainly CAN freeze the egg fried rice.

Just make sure it's tightly wrapped so it doesn't dry out.
It sounds like you're not freezing for months at a time, but maybe a week or two.

no do not re freeze or refrigerate and reheat as when cooked in takeaway it has already been reheated and bacterial spores can form in the rice that cannot be killed off by reheating again.

If you don't mind being doubled up with agonising tummy ache for a couple of days you go for it.

It is one of the most poisoning food items you could ever wish to keep, re-heat or freeze.

Don't do it.!!!

Yes you can.
When the rice is cold put in in the freezer and when you come to re-heat it, make sure it is very very hot before you eat it.
