wal-mart has a great collection of cd's like this. at the one in my town, they have them on display (in a way that you can press on the button below it's picture, and hear samples of each cd). for some reason, it's in the home decor department... but, they have several BEAUTIFUL celtic cd's to choose from, as well as some others that are very soothing and relaxing. see if you can find something there! i love celtic music... it's so different, but wonderful to listen to as well:)

For celtic stuff you simply cannot go past Loreena McKennitt, try The Mystic's Dream or Dante's Pray, but you can't go wrong with he really. Sarah McLachlan rocks at this kind of thing, though I'd recommend listening to her less popular songs. Ultimately though, why not download and make your own mix CD?

Kate Bush hit the spot with some, though not sure how 'weddingish' it would be. You might like Imogen Heap or her band Frou Frou (from before she went solo). Deliver me by Sarah Brightman is incredible, as is Home by Sheryl Crow. Josh Groban is excellent (So She Dances!).

What I'd really recommend is Within Temptation, a goth rock band from The Netherlands who have some amazing slow songs as well (think Evanescence without the ego). I guess it depends if you want mood music or special lyrics. If it's lyrics Dana Glover - It is you I have loved, is fantastic! And for really sweet and ballady try "If I Never Knew You - Jon Secada and Shanice". Hope this helped. Good luck on your special day!

I know it sounds cheap and kinda cheeky... but we've found a lot of REALLY great instramental cds.... next to card section at Target. They have that little music box, and you push the button to hear the sample?? They have one at the candle aisle at Wal-mart too... At wal-mart i found a classical guitar cd that played all the piano classics on guitars, Like ava maria, moonlight sinata, etc.

Go to walmart or target, and push a few buttons.
