Alternate days with two day gap during the weekend is fine. Plus massage your scalp often and keep it clean. Stay away for skin formulas which claim miracles

You sure can!!! I take Hair, Skin, & Nail Vitamins that I buy from target or walmart in the vitamin isle. They have biotin in them which help your hair and nails grow and your skin to be less oily and cleaner. Also, they have all the things that normal vitamins have in them....so its def a win situation. You should get some they will def help your hair grow! Also, they say take 3 times a day, I only take them once a day and my hair grows fast so you dont have to take them 3 times a day. Hope this helps!

Hair grows at approximately 1/2 inch a month. Unless you have a bad diet, are sick, on chemo, that's how fast your hair will grow no matter what you do. Over the counter "cures" are scams.
Products like minoxidil help some people grow more hair over time but it doesn't make hair grow faster.
Hair continues to grow at half an inch a month for some time even after you are dead.

Hi, hair (like fingernails) is made out of protein. Vitamins will not help it grow any faster but a high protein diet just might. Try eating eggs, meat or fish on a regular basis. i've noticed from weight training that when i take protein supplements on a regular basis, my hair and nails seem to grow faster.
it ain't science, but it seems to be true.

If that were true I would have a head of hair like a model for shampoo.
Normally, hair grows at a rate of 1/2 inch per month. The amount of hair you have depends on your gene pool.
Don't fall for ads which claim to increase growth and/or density. If they worked, these people would be multi-billionaires.
Here are some legitimate articles on hair:

taking vitamines to increase the hair growth is one way, but the cheapest way is to go to the grocery store and buy a few packages of instant Jello, in assorted flavors.
Empty the contents of one package into a glass full of warm water, stir and drink it down.
Do this three times a week and within two weeks, you will see that your hair is starting to regrow, unless, of course, your already bald and then you haven't got a prayer.
Jello contains animal bone marrow and this is what makes hair grow and your nails grow.

Biotin is said to make hair grow faster, it can be found in some multi-vitamins, but you need it in at least 1500mg to make any difference.

Vitamins B, C, F, zinc, iron, copper and protein are essential for hair growth. Drinking plenty of water and eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables is probably the best way to achieving healthy hair.Try http://solutionsforhairgrowth.blogspot.com/ for more details.
