No.
That is nothing more than yet another lame conspiracy theory.

It would make a lame bioweapon. what if your own people get infected?
It was a accident, some scientist were studying the virus to see mutation rates, at which point they mutated the virus to humans (accidentaly) and released the monkeys (accidentaly)
The conspiracy buffs just point out coincidences
Auto
Immune
Deficiency
Syndrome
HIV is the virus, AIDS is a symptom of the virus. A symptom cant be used for biological warfare.

HIV would be a poor biological weapon. To be effective, biological weapons need a high transmissibility (the ability to pass on to other people) and a short incubation period. HIV eventually leads to AIDS, but it has a low short-time mortality rate and can not be spread through casual contact.
Yet another conspiracy theory that is full of crap.

It is an idiotic conspiracy.
The guy who thought that up has no concept of biological warfare.
the whole point of bio-weapons is that they are fast, effective and easily spread. AIDS has none of those qualities.
AIDS can take years to kill. So it is not fast.
It is a blood borne pathogen so it can only be spread through fluid transmission. So it is not easily spread.
Since the only way to transmit it it though fluids during either intercourse or blood to blood contact it is not effective.
AIDS would take generations to wipe out an enemy and can spread to your own population... Not even a mad man would use a weapon that would be so ineffective and come back to bite you as hard as AIDS. It would be pointless and virtually useless as a weapon.

No, A.I.D.S. is a condition that has existed for possibly thousands of years undetected. It wasn't until the "normal" lifespan became longer and blood transfusions were a more common thing that anyone really noticed that people were becoming very ill at very "early" ages and traced it back to a virus that was blood borne

Maybe it is biological warfare- but not caused by the government- at least, not directly caused by it.
Have you ever thought about the possibility that the earth is trying to defend itself? What if our destruction and pollution has caused the planet to spread this disease, in order to decimate the human species?

should it be a bio warfare it had to either be targetted or be possible to cure. none of these is true, so it is just another disease, unfortunately 100 percent lethal.

If it was a bio agent it would kill in several hours to a couple days, not in several years.
