Ok so I had this dream about a guy that I know. I dont really see him a lot maybe three times a month. I never though of him as someone that I would like. After this dream, I'm totally infatuated with him. I don't get it. When ever I see him now my heart stops and one time I was talking to my best friend and I totally stopped talking and forgot what I was saying. How lame is this? Its probably the most stupid thing ever. The last time I saw him he was being really goofy around me and I'm trying to figure out if he still has a girlfriend or not. I dont just want to ask him becuase that would be really weird. After all of that, my question is, is it weird to like someone that you had a dream about?

I tend to not place much stock in dreams (it's just your body's way of processing the day), but they do help me realize something that is bothering me. I had developed an attraction to someone I worked with, and I didn't really recognize it until I had a dream about him where we kissed. I chalked it up to the fact that we had been working closely for a few days, but I decided to see if there was something there anyway. I took a while, but we've been together for seven months later.

You don't see him very much, but there's obviously something about him, so you should investigate. He might be a complete jerk when you get to know him, but you won't know if you see him so irregularly. I wouldn't come out and ask him if he had a girlfriend either, but you can help the situation by asking him what he's doing over the weekend (I'd say most guys spend some time over the weekend with their girlfriends), what he likes to do in his spare time ... show an interest in him. Good luck!

Was he himself in the dream? You might find you like who he was in the dream, which isn't necessarily the same thing?

it was probably your subconscious telling you to go after this guy. i say just go ahead and tell him how you feel. you only see him 3 time a month what do you have to lose?
