I noticed at the Honolulu airport that were many small planes and mid size airliners. On the map, HI seems far away from any other land mass so how would a CRJ or other regional jet be delivered there? Their max range is less than the distance between CA and HI. Is there a typical route they would fly to refuel?

Well, I used to build MD-80's and 90's.
We sold a bunch to Hawaiian air.
To ferry them over, we took out several rows of seats, stowed them in the cargo, then mounted temporary fuel tanks to the seat tracks in the passenger compartment.
After arriving, the ferry tanks were removed and shipped back to us, and the seats were relocated from the cargo to the passenger compartment.

Toyota Rav4 Toyota Highlander (redecorate coming in 2008) Honda Pilot resale reliability layout high quality good mpg helpful interiors holiday properly and may even shield slightly fare properly/win comparo tests unibody shape possible eke 20mpg out of any of the above SUV's. i might steer clear of the domestics. The Nitro is a boxy Liberty, and a plasticky piece of junk. The GM Trailblazers have been around continuously and are truly previous. The Explorers are ok, yet suck gasoline and don't carry their values all that properly. Reliability has been a controversy for each and all the domestics as properly. Hyundai has been putting out some helpful automobiles. the recent one is meant to be somewhat helpful (Veracruz). Reliability and resale are nevertheless unproven. The Subura Tribeca is likewise worth of attention. they're solid and helpful to tension. The 2008's get lots much less grotesque and earnings extra skill. i'm not able to help yet think of that's going to be doomed to be a area of interest motor vehicle which would be stressful to sell in some years. I say the clever funds is on Toyota and Honda.

With long range ferry tanks it's rather easy to get there and of course some may have been shipped via boat but I would guess most were ferried over from the West Coast
